At My Sensory Nest, we want you to love every purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product (if damaged)

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products and supplier network, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Faulty Products

If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, we will happily organise:

  • A refund
  • Or another suitable solution

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
